). We had actually given up on the search and were going to wait until spring, because who wants to move in the winter, but Janet saw the cute home we bought and sent it to us right away. We knew we had to act fast because homes in North Fargo go QUICK, especially ones that were in our price range. We got a showing the next day and Janet helped us every step of the way. We felt a little defeated right away as there were already 3 other offers (one being all cash, no inspection) so we kind of assumed it wasn't going to happen for us. But Janet worked some magic and talked to the realtor and it all worked out in the end! We are loving it and doing projects all over, Janet said she will even help paint- the greatness never ends! Very happy with our experience and I will be recommending her to anyone I know looking for a home.
